Delta downgraded my upcoming flight from first class to economy. What can I do?

I have air booked on Air France for an upcoming trip to Europe. The flight home from CDG to BOS is Delta One and the flight from BOS to RDU had us in first class. I logged in to check our flights because I'm OCD and the last leg has us in economy. I contacted the travel agent because it was a package travel deal we booked. They said to give it 24-48 hours and to reach out to them again if it isn't fixed. I checked on Delta's website and there's still enough seats for us in first class. What should I do next? What are my rights? I don't want to fly economy when for months I've been booked in first class. Thanks in advance.

Can I stream with the HIA internet package?

I have the Arctic Circle Solstice booked for next June and I have the HIA package booked with premium wifi. It's pretty far north in Norway and I'm wondering how good the internet is on this trip. We will be traveling with our son who doesn't really drink that much and I'm guessing he'll find the 4 sea days boring. If the internet is strong enough to steam it will make it more bearable for him. TIA.

Does the resale broker really matter when buying resale?

In the past we have used The Timeshare Store and I currently have a contract listed with them. I'm in the market for more points but they don't have anything that fits my needs. I found a contract on Fidelity that works and another on DVC Resale. Does the broker matter in any way?

Question about booking air through Holland America

Newbie to HAL. I have a Norway cruise booked for next year and am interested in booking flexible air when it becomes available next month. Am I able to check the prices after I've added the air and adjust the price if prices go down between adding air and final payment?

Transiting CDG with an elderly relative and a 2.5 hour layover

In December we are traveling to Prague via CDG with a little less than a 2.5 hour layover. It will be the first time using the EES system for all of us. We land from Boston at 7:30am and leave for Prague at 9:55am. We are traveling with an elderly relative so I'm not sure how much that will slow us down. We are flying business so off the plane quickly and hopefully there is a preferred immigration line and security line for business class passengers. Does this sound doable? The next flight that leaves for Prague doesn't leave until 5 hours later.
