I have the same birthday as Hugh Hefner, Dennis Quaid, Kristen Stweart, Curly Lambeau, and Jenna Jameson to name a few.

At about 10pm, I was in my backyard hoping to see something from the meteor shower and saw the only one I saw all night, but it was a doozy! An incredible meteor with a long bright orange tail, going from North to South, and it lasted about 3-4 full seconds. It was one of the most incredible things Ive ever witnessed.

Anyone else see it? Im hoping someone got it on video, it was insane how amazing it was.

Him so Im new to meditating, just started a couple weeks ago. Last week, I was meditating and listening to binaural sounds through headphones. After I'd say about 20 minutes, I started to feel very zen (for lack of a better word) and started seeing colorful cloud like patterns on my eyelids, so I focused on them while trying to just be present without any specific thoughts. After a few minutes of just "going with" the patterns I was seeing, I felt like I was floating...then I felt a tingle that started in back of my left eye and slowly traveled to behind my right eye, and then upward and outward until my whole head was tingling. This took about 15 seconds total.

Then, after what felt like about 30 seconds, I started feeling the same tingling sensation start in my feet. Then it slowly started moving up both my legs at the same time. It felt warm and pretty intense, and when it got just above my knees, I freaked out a little and opened my eyes and the tingling instantly stopped. I was pissed at myself thinking I may have ruined what might have been some kind of experience.

Since then, I haven't been able to get to that point again. Anyone else get the tingles during meditation, and if so, did it lead to anything? If it happens again, I feel like Ill be ready and just go with it and see what happens, but Im curious if others have experienced this.
