Why do I have a feeling that this is rigged and done on purpose to make it as difficult as possible for people to file claims which in turns reduces the number of claims.
I have multiple outlook accounts and I use Outlook Web. Until yesterday, I could switch accounts using "Sign-in with different account" from the profile button on top right. But now all I see "Account Manager for <name>" that pops and no option to "Sign-in with different account". What's happening? Any new auto-update from Office365 broke this feature? Its nothing to do with cache because I tried differerent browsers, some never used in the past.
I have annual subscription and due to recent Cybersecurity changes Claude is literally useless even after a CVP approval. I want to cancel and refund for remaining months but apparently the bot is refusing to refund and closing the session. What are my options? How do I reach out to a real person?
