Okay to add some context here

I'm 21 and it's my first time paying 'rent' to my parents as i was in education and did not work, i have worked previously but that was to save up for university.

This 500 a month does include bills, however does not include groceries, phone charges and family subscriptions which i pay for.

I currently earn minimum wage ontop of tax and loans is around 1,600 a month i'm taking in. I pay 500 to my parents, I save 500 and I have 500 to spend on groceries and myself for the month.

my friends do not pay rent, so I was just wondering is it good/reasonable?

I live outside of london. Rent prices are around double this with bills included.
