Pitt vs Georgia Tech 2014

Not really a tomato sandwich since I added bacon

Sourdough bread, whipped ricotta, tomatoes, salt, pepper, EVOO, parm, bacon, basil and salt &vinegar chips

I have branches from my magnolia cut to firewood length that I plan to use as kindling in my fireplace. Most are pretty thin, max ~1” in diameter.

Is 6 months long enough to season these and use this winter (later in the winter, not Nov/Dec)

Edit: sorry not actual kindling, I have separate smaller pieces for that. But the smaller logs before the full size ones

Meat to bread ratio - A+ Flavor - A- Bread - D+

Tried a new spot today. Shaved ribeye, fried onions, and cooper sharp on a half seeded roll. The actual taste was really good. But the bread seemed to be stale, a little too dry and stiff. Overall, not bad
