For the past few months, we go from 40 hours a week to 60 hours a week due to work changes in management and that puts us all into stressful weeks and less time to do things. We literally do nothing but work.

Earlier this day i randomly watched a yt vid about impoverished areas in the world and that puts my perspective in a whole 180⁰ because millions of people are suffering daily yet here i am complaining about the work shts, additional work shifts and overtime, my tiredness growing, me complaining all the time. I realized millions of people have it harder. I forgot to see the kind of luxury i live in. We have a house, we eat 3 times a day, i can have deliveries and take outs, we have clean water, our area is not flood prone and I live close to my workplace. So many things to be grateful about and i just take it for granted , all because there are changes in work.

I need to put myself in perspective and not complain all the time, yes i am very tired most of the time but look at the things to be grateful about. I forgot that I live in luxury that i just take for granted.

All i have to be is to be grateful.

Ayun lang, if you have nothing nice to say, just don't even post. I'm just really burned out from work lately and me being grateful is one way to keep going.

Matagal na kong nagtatrabaho at kumukuha ng dugo ng mga bata pero isa yan sa mahirap kuhaan dahil galaw sila ng galaw. KUNG AYAW NYONG PAKUHANAN NG DUGO, SABIHAN NYO YANG DOKTOR NYO!!!
