Has anyone successfully been able to work their fibroid belly down? Just saw myself in the mirror from this angle in the gym and felt so upset. The lower belly protrusion will always be there given the number and size of fibroids I have. I’ve gained 20lbs since my fibroid diagnosis and I was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to reduce weight around the stomach when you have fibroids?
