Canceling subscription renewal
Well, I finally got to the point where I cancelled the renewal of my premium subscription in July. I really wanted to support the product, but the only real benefit that I used was support.
I’ve filed several issues, most of them clearly bugs, which seem to be completely ignored. So much for being a premium subscriber, as it doesn’t matter. I’ve never received a response from their “support”.
Maybe I’ll subscribe for a month if I need to use some feature that I find doesn’t work in the free version, but since I don’t use it in-vehicle, I doubt it.
