Cleaning out my great grandpa's stuff too. He was an eye/general surgeon. So we have ALL his surgical equipment. It's all from the 50s/60s and seems to mostly be made in Germany. I am not sure what to do with it all.

I had a previous post about some of my great grandmas things. These are my great grandpas. They're all surgical tools (he was an eye and general surgeon) some are out of package and probably were used, and there's a bunch still in sealed pouches. Nobody seems to take this old of equipment and I'm trying to sell what I can to help pay for things around the house. What's the best course of action for this? I'm not sure how to ship them and I doubt anyone local would care to buy them. I am not selling them here, just asking for advice
We were finally going through some more of my great grandma's things (almost 20 years after she died). Found this hanging picture and a photograph that seems to have been taken by a friend. What do I do with them? I'd definitely feel weird donating the first item.
I am not asking for medical advice.
Honestly it's kind of hard to describe. But when I kneel down, and my left knee touches anything in a certain spot on the left of the patella, there's this bad pain that feels like there's something in it. I thought maybe a bone spur but I got it x-rayed and there's nothing that shows up. My doctor says it's likely because I'm getting older (I am like 29) and that i should just use knee pads.
My dad says it's likely a nerve getting pinched as we both have nerves that go in between certain bones (I'm told it's more common in those of Native American descent, idk don't quote me on that). I definitely have the nerve thing between the shoulder bone and the bone that starts with a c or something that ends up making my arms go numb until we gently readjust my shoulders. But the knee too? Is this even a thing?

This is some sort of kit belonging to my great grandpa who was a doctor.
Self explanatory. He'll be 1 this week and recently started pooping everywhere in the house. I thought it was illness as the first few were a little odd but now it's all normal and he's STILL pooping in the house.
I don't know what to do, I work almost everyday. How can I train him to stop when I'm not always home?
I want to start legally collecting bones for resale, and so I asked the ODNR (Ohio department of natural resources) some questions.
I'm still waiting for their response about what the records are supposed to look like and how to record them.
But now I don't know what to do with the bones I've found/were given to me
How do I get my pup to stop trying to eat spiders in the house? Normally I wouldnt be too worried but we've sprayed the house to kill the spiders and idk if that stuff would affect him when he successfully eats the spiders
Side note: most of the spiders so far have already been dead. Only one living one
They're an older set in my collection. Not found together. I was also wondering if the one on the far right is possibly more fossilized/petrified or whatever
