Love my new Alpina Repro rims
Just installed my new Maxilite Alpina repros and think they have the perfect look for the E30 325.
They sit even better with the 30 mm H&R suspension i installed earlier. On the rear I had to run 8 mm spacers so the center caps would fit properly, look better and I also prefer the more blackish look, so I went with the inner center caps instead of the larger silver ones.
Next thing on the list is M-Technic 1 front fender, bumper, and side skirts

E30 H&R Cup Kit Suspension
Just wanted to share how an E30 1990 Convertible PFL looks on the H&R 30mm Cup Kit (40633-1) and the 15” BMW wheels since I had a hard time finding real-world pics before installing it. Wanted to put one in here to help others thinking about the same setup.
One thing to note: most product images online are misleading. The actual kit looks different and reuses the original steering mounts, which isn’t obvious from the listings.
For installation I’d also recommend replacing the rubber components while you’re in there, and for the rear definitely consider adding reinforcement plates for the bearing mounts!
For anyone in Germany: this setup will work with H-Zulassung. There’s a period-correct document for the springs from 1989, which helps with historic registration. Just write them an Email.
Photo was taken right after installation, so it should settle a bit lower over time.
