I'm doing a list of all EN norms that are use in rope access devices, such as descenders or asaps. Here's how it goes:

EN 361: personal fall protection equipment (harness)
EN 358: belts and lanyards for work positioning or restraint
EN 362: connectors (carabiners) classified in:
- B (basic, asymmetric shape)
- M (multipurpose, symmetric shape)
- T (terminal)
- A (anchor) [not sure about the differences bw T & A]
- Q (maillon)

EN 355: energy absorbers
EN 353: guided type fall arresters including flexible anchor line (this is for the ASAP)
EN 12841: rope adjustment devices, classified in:
- A: for the ASAP
- B: for the hand jammer or the chest ascender)
- C: for the descender

EN 12278: pulleys
EN 354: landyards
EN 892: dynamic ropes (cowtails)
EN 795: anchor devices, classified in:
- A: fixed
- B: mobile

EN 959: rock anchors
EN 567: rope clamps (hand hammer has this one too)
EN 341: descender devices for rescue (not sure what's the main difference with EN 12841/c)
EN 15151: braking devices with manually assisted locking)

Para nadie que se meta a este antro es raro ver post sobre reditors (¿existe esa palabra?) deprimidos o con ideaciones suicidias, al parecer hoy más que nunca, en un mundo donde el sentido común y la actividad cerebral va en retirada.

Usted podrá argumentar que es por culpa de la guerra, de la ultraderecha, del merluzo, de los therian o del gobierno anterior. Pero si efectivamente siente que le están cagando encima, ¿qué podría hacer para remediarlo? Y si no hay chance de remediarlo a corto plazo, ¿qué podría hacer para sentir que ataca de vuelta?

Entender que vivimos en una sistema que está cambiando hacia un lugar poco amigable para ser habitado quizás ayude a reforzar mi reflexión:

I'm developing a one-time documentary which requires a lot of footage that I wouldn't be able to shoot by myself. So I thinking about shutterstock, envato, etc.
The question is Is there a right way to choose a video library? Or I can just pick one video from here and there?
This will be my first time using video libraries.

It's been a year since I was living in New Zealand, where I took the decision to switch my career from Motion Design to Rope Access, and I couldn't feel more happy about it.

July 2024 was a very rough month. I had to take the decision to come back to my home country because a family situation. It took me five months to put my shoes and start looking for jobs in this industry... But it only took me a couple of weeks to get my first job.

Now it's been seven months of continuously work, a very decent income, and more job offers that I could handle. I can say I'm in my prime

En marzo me entregaron carta informando que a partir del 18 de abril terminaría mi relación laboral con mi empleador.
El finiquito recién nos lo enviaron por correo el 29 de abril, indicando las instrucciones para ratificarlo.

Hasta la fecha no he ido a notaría a ratificarlo dado que no descarto realizar acciones legales contra la empresa por demora en el pago del mismo.

Mi pregunta es si en notaría me podrán orientar sobre la reserva de derechos.

Tampoco sé si llevar el caso a la DT agilizará o retrasará el pago del mismo.
