Taken yesterday and today in Vilnius, Trakai and Kaunas as I'm currently visiting in view of Nick Cave's concert in Vilnius tomorrow. Beautiful places, hope you'll enjoy the photos :)

Snapshots from Lithuania 🇱🇹

Bear with me if the quality of some shots is off, I'm only getting to grips with editing and exporting from Lightroom Mobile.

Disability Parking for event at Kalnai Park

Hello everyone,

I'm coming by car to the Nick Cave show in Vilnius on Tuesday which is held at the Kalnai Park. Could you please advise where it is best to park a car with the European Parking Card for disabled people?

I see on satellite there are about 10 spaces very close to the stage but as I can imagine they won't be available during the event. Thank you!

Contextual Task Bar changes position to top left corner

Hi, has anyone encountered an issue with Photoshop where the Contextual task bar randomly jumps to the top left corner of the screen, blocking other menus?

When I send a photo from LRc to PS, the bar is there in the correct spot, right below the image:

https://preview.redd.it/ws2h95bp3ceh1.png?width=2559&format=png&auto=webp&s=f848ce21447a61e50b7712c50deb8e741ea5b1fb

However, after performing certain actions (specifically in that case: resizing, sharpening via a high pass filter on a separate layer, and then flattening the image), the bar shifts to the top left corner and completely covers the other menus:

https://preview.redd.it/yyy43paz5ceh1.png?width=2554&format=png&auto=webp&s=6d5faf1758149f72a60916a5d55ae967f6c5092c

Because of this, I have to move it manually every single time just to save and close the image, which is driving me nuts. Any ideas on how to fix this permanently? I don't want to hide it completely since I use it from time to time - I just need it to stay locked in one spot. Thanks!

Bolkow Bo105 night display

Antidotum Airshow Leszno 2026 (Poland) - night display of the Bolkow Bo105 helicopter with pyro :)

Airshow by night is 🔥🔥

Earlier this month I was teasing photos from this year's Antidotum Airshow in Leszno, Poland, but I just ended up with editing and turned out to have way too many photos to share in one post, so I'll go in parts :)

This one surely is my favourite part of the airshow, night display by Bolkow Bo105 helicopter with quite a lot of pyrotechnics. Always a great sight, but a real challenge to photograph, both for the gear and for myself.

Taken with Z8 + Z 100-400 VR S.

Some advice needed on photo editing performance (LRc / Mac Mini)

Hi everyone, after years of working in Lightroom Classic/Photoshop on Windows, I’ve become fed up with how poorly Adobe products perform on this platform. I have a fairly powerful PC, yet Lightroom runs smoother on my M1 MacBook Air, which is a fraction of the cost. Because of this, I’m considering switching entirely from PC to a Mac Mini for my editing workflow.

While YouTube reviews of the Mac Mini look very promising compared to PCs, they rarely mention where the files are located - I assume they are on the internal SSD.

However, I intend to edit directly from an external SSD to save space on the Mac’s internal drive. My main concern is ensuring a seamless experience. Do you think there would be a noticeable performance drop in Lightroom Classic when working with files on an external drive? Also, could you recommend any proven, high-performance external drives that won't create bottlenecks when loading, zooming, or applying masks?

I’m planning to get a Mac Mini (likely base M4 or M5, assuming it launches within the next few months) with 24GB of RAM. I work with 45MP files, but since I don’t usually batch-edit, batch denoise or export large numbers of files simultaneously, I don’t expect a massive performance hit. What’s your take on this?

Quite a view with that light. Pictured yesterday in Warsaw, leaving its stand for departure to Shannon, Ireland.
