Golden Gate Ficus

Took a beginners bonsai class last weekend put on by our local bonsai society, this was the tree I recieved as part of the class. Golden Gate Ficus, not sure of the age. They walked us through an intro to basic trimming/shaping/wiring as part of the class.

Unable to log into new gmail on laptop

I created a new gmail account a few days ago. Worked just fine, no issues. I am still logged into that gmail account on my phone, but every time I try and log in on my laptop it says "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you" with no options to verify it's me. I set up the account with my name, phone number, and a recovery email address so there should be multiple ways to verify it's me. And it works fine on my phone, just not on my laptop. Also I tried to use the google account recovery feature, but when I type in the email address and my first name it says "No account found". Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

Does the small amount of crimping on the bottom left add value?

Was looking through my cards and noticed this ETB promo had a small amount of crimping along the bottom left edge. Is something that small worth it to missprint collectors or is the card just considered “damaged”?

A good portion of my Collectr portfolio disappeared

Several days ago I opened the app and my portfolio went from ~$50k down to ~$6k. All of my singles are gone and most of my sealed. I've tried restarting the app, logging out and logging back in, making sure I'm looking at the correct portfolio, and emailing support. Nothing worked and support has not responded to my email. Any suggestions? I really don't want to have to go through and re-add everything and I don't even have the purchase price info anymore on some of the stuff.

New Mexico Ironstone

Just got back these three pieces made with New Mexico Ironstone clay, always interesting to see how glazes turn out different on black clay bodies. Vase is Spectrum Pearl White with stripes of Amaco Albany Slip Brown, garlic grater is Amaco Blue Midnight and Texture Turquoise, and the bowl is Mayco Raspberry Mist and Amaco Chun Plum on the outside and Texture Turquoise on the rim and inside.

Getting an early start on Christmas Ornaments

I slip-cast all of these and then glazed them using several different brand’s glazes (Mayco, Amaco, Spectrum, Speedball, etc). Just got them back from the glaze firing today.

Confused - designation of authorized representation form

I had an MRI done back in late 2024 proscribed by my PCP with Ascension. Apparently Ascension didn't get prior authorization from UHC before the MRI. I went on to meet my deductible limit for that year (my insurance runs from Nov. 1 - Oct. 31st each year). UHC denied Ascension's claim on the MRI because they didn't get prior authorization. Ascension keeps sending me final notice claims, which all show me as "uninsured" at the time of the MRI which isn't true. I've called their billing at least 6 times and contacted our UHC rep about it but nothing is getting resolved. Now Ascension wants me to sign a Designation of Authorized Representation form in order to proceed.

Are there any risks/benefits to signing this? UHC in their denial of the claim says that my provider (Ascension) can not bill me for the MRI, but Ascension sure isn't acting like that's true. Basically I don't want to put myself on the hook for something I shouldn't have to pay but I also want Ascension to stop bugging me about this.
