Muse Brass doesn’t exist?

Hey guys, for some reason my Muse Brass isn’t working or even showing up. The muse basic sounds are absolutely horrendous and I hate them, they ruin my score.

What can I do to get them back? I’m supposed to show this piece to a bunch of clients and if I show it like this, I’ll literally get fired.

Thanks 😊

If Brandweins ever closes, I will die.

Yea, love the bagels. Perhaps a little too much?

Hey, friends! Just want to yap? Here I am!

I’m so desperate to talk to other writers, NONE of my friends share that interest.

I’m mainly a fantasy author and I make my own book covers. This one is from a project I’ve put off to the side but still very cool.

Anyone who wants to DM, feel free!

Should a coming of age book be preferably presented in the 1st person or 3rd person?

This is totally a stupid question, but yet I’m stumped 🤔

I’m used to writing in the 1st person because of its highly immersive nature, but many of the coming of age books I’ve read have been in 3rd person!

I’m not saying I can’t write in 3rd person, though it would take me some time to adjust.

What I’m trying to say is that do people expect a coming of age book to be in the 3rd person more than in the 1st?

How do we boycott an advertisement?

Who decided this was a good ad? Or even a good idea?! Writing a novel under an hour? Hello? What ever happened to effort, what happened to the hours of work, hundreds of drafts, feedback, editing, all of that?

What is your opinion on this?

What's up with the detest for prologues on Tiktok?

As I writer, I love writing prologues. But whenever I go on Booktok, there's these comments hating on prologues with such horrific takes on them.

"It's like a DVD feature so it's skipable"

"It's nothing but author yap"

What is your opinion on Prologues? Is this something worth going through if it's only going to bring more hate?

Are prologues actually that bad? (not something I can just search up)

How would I go about character change in a prequel?

Hey fellow writers. After the successful debut of my sketch, I've been wanting to make it a small novella before turning it into a full book/franchise.

The thing is, I'm saving the big and emotional character development for the big book, not this one.

How would I go about executing character growth in this instance?

Thanks!!
