TIL that most Pentax Cameras are made in PH

Just noticed at the bottom of my Pentax K-01 an info stating that it is Assembled in the Philippines. With the circus happening in the country, meron pa palang facts to be proud of. Mod deleted my initial post so factual info is included below.

Proof of Origin: For reference, the official factory is RICOH Imaging Products (Philippines) Corporation located at Mactan Economic Zone 1 (MEPZ 1), Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. Parent company financial filings directly listed in the Ricoh Global SEC Disclosure Forms explicitly identify this Cebu plant as their primary international hub for assembling global digital camera lines. Final calibration, weather-seal alignment, and assembly are completed here by local engineers, validating the official "Assembled in the Philippines" chassis stamping.
