Anyone here uses Phone rocker/swing ? I have some questions

I just bought a phone rocker off the Amazon that goes back n forth

i use iPhone 16 pro and do not use defit or google fit

Just leave the phone swinging and app closed.

i am getting only 4-5 Km /hr at max . Sometimes I don’t get any

Some peopl have reported over 10 km per hour (I saw a video on YouTube 😳)

So my question is :

Is 4 kmph good ?

is it poss to increase this distance?

Does changing height on Apple Health works ?
