I’m looking for someone to take over my 1 RK flat in Jeevan Bhima Nagar. I’m currently living here and need to find a replacement tenant who can move in around August 10th.

It’s a spacious, well-ventilated unit with huge windows. It comes fully furnished with a modern setup, so it's move-in ready.

The Location & Commute:
~17 mins to Indiranagar Metro Station
~15 mins to Embassy Golf Links (EGL), Domlur
~20 mins to Koramangala
The locality is completely walkable with local stores, supermarkets, and food joints right nearby.

What’s included in the flat:
- Bed & mattress
- Attached wall desk and chair (good for WFH)
- 2-seater sofa
- TV, Fridge, Geyser, and a water purifier
- Cupboards/storage

Financials & Rules:
- Rent: ₹30,000 / month

I want to get nails done for a specific event but i usually never have time to get them done so I usually leave them as is or put normal plain nail polish on them. I’m scared of getting them completely ruined/nail bed stressed etc
