Using ouija board to send negativity and misfortune to abusive parents?

My parents are wildly abusive psychologically, I currently live alone

I can't detach myself from them completely for now so I plan to use the ouija board that I ordered for other purposes as a way to send them the maximum amount of negativity and misfortune as possible,

I just wanted to brainstorm this idea out on the internet

For context I am a baby witch, I do have some experience with tarot and failed spells, but ouija is completely new for me but I feel urgency because I'm scared I'll eventually have to move back in with them

I plan to do this by trying to summon negative spirits/beings and redirecting it towards them

(Sorry but I was going to buy one anyway so I thought I might as well add another use for it)

Note: this isn't intended to cause physical or serious harm

I don't remember the first time but the second time it was summer last year , I was very distracted as I was watching contents on TV and I pulled down my pants and didnt not even realise , what I was doing I stopped and was felt very disgusted for 2 seconds

Just had SP for the first time

I feel asleep very tired and I woke up feeling normal but then I got a wave of horrific fear. My eyes were twitching open but I tried my best to keep them closed.

I immediately knew what was happening since I've already read about this topic.

I heard something that sounded like it was from inside my head and I heard another voice.

I saw the room in daylight and it was much cleaner and then I snapped out of it by moving my legs

Does the subconscious get more used to conforming to subliminal the more you listen like a habit?

Is it like a muscle that you need to build and keep using?

I also heard that some people's subconscious may react faster to subs than others, how do I find out what my subconscious's reaction time is?

Rented the selena biopic and cried 2/3rd of the time

My favourite parts was where selena is at the modeling show, I could fall in love starts playing and if the camera switches to low frame rate 90's quality

I mostly cried after she grew up because I knew one by one she would be doing everything for the last time, and it broke me

And I cried the most when selena ran away to marry chris, especially at the part where she said that it was never going to happen the way it should be, at a real ceremony with her in a white dress

The whole aesthetic was lovely and this felt like peak 90's cinema
