Was fighting a group of two and was wondering how they insta headshot me as soon as theyre on my radar and i noticed that they only shoot while using deadeye and never miss a shot unless we get in a long distance snipe off

I got a Kamvas 13 Gen 3 a few days ago and noticed just now that in the middle area of the screen, when I push down, it sometimes makes a pop sound like theres an air bubble or something inside the screen, and if I push in another area, the pop happens again like i just pushed the posible air bubble to another spot.
Is this the case? Whether or not it is, Im just worried this is early signs of damage or something. Everything works fine but Im scared if its not. If its just a popping sound without any other problems then all is fine, but if its early signs of delamination or something then that would suck, as its my first pen display
