May record na kaya ako sa BIR from a previous unfinished application?

Hi! I applied last year for an online business registration with the BIR. I submitted requirements including BIR Form 1901 and other documents. The last email I received was just a clarification asking if I was sure about the location where I would have my invoices printed.

After that, I never heard back from them and I didn’t proceed anymore, so the business was never really pushed through and I didn’t receive any TIN or Certificate of Registration.

Now, I’m planning to apply for a TIN because I will be starting work. Is it possible that I already have a record with the BIR from that previous application, or will I be considered a new applicant?
