university

Can someone confirm that if im doing A levels and wanna get in an undergraduate program in UniTo, the passing grades are from A\* to E???
I just got my As grades, and they didnt go as expected bcs i was in a really tough mental period. I got CDD… are they still considered passing grades??
I’m aware for my program only SAT is needed but they also need u to pass 3 A levels, so am i good or not??
For context i’m a EU student with 1360 SAT(740 in math section)

help me decide!!

Hey everyonee! I’m an EU student that looks forward to study in italy for my bachelors in 2027-28
I’m gonna study something economics related, and I am stuck between
LUISS in Rome
Uni Bologna
Uni cattolica
just for context i have an SAT of 1360 and my gpa will be about 95%.
Which option would be the best? Take into consideration:
•The city (how nice/safe it is and if it has many things to do, including offering a live nightlife scene)
•Quality of education
• Career outcomes

DISCUSSION ABOUT THE CHANGES!!

I made this subreddit to discuss about the change of programs offered starting from next year.
BIEF—>Finance
BIEM(only in italian)
Then there are courses called plain “economics”
or “management and computer science”
What is going on? These programs not attractive at all

SAT

Have any of you seen anyone getting in with sat scores of ~1400 or even 1360+?
I feel like its weird for all of the applicants to be applying with SATS of 1500+?? I remember some years ago with a good GPA and an SAT of 1360+ you could get in

gpa matters more

Is it just me or have you also noticed that even though the SAT / BT are 55% of the criteria and GPA is only 45% the Gpa seems to have a bigger effect in the admission process?
I’ve seen ppl get rejected with 1500+ SAT js bcs of the GPA whereas i’ve seen ppl get in with smth like 1380 SAT and high Gpa

help me decide

Ciao a tutti! I am a Greek prospective bachelor student in Italy and i’m having trouble deciding which university would be best for me.
My background:
I want to study economics/finance (mathematical heavy degree) and i really wanna get the best education possible, but also live a lively and memorable student life in a vibrant city, as I’m a very social person. Also, im not planning on staying in Italy after my studies, so i wanna know which university would be more worth it based on reputation for a good masters later.
My options are either:
UniBologna
UniCatt milano
Universita degli studi di milano

Hey! Im a prospective student (EU) and i will complete 3 A levels and have completed my IGCSES as well. But i noticed that they ask for an exam in a foreign language other than English?? How strict are they about this? I find it strange and kinda unfair for someone to not be able to apply bcs of this!
Is there a chance they can make an exception?
