When should I contact customer service?

I ordered 2 items from Garage a week ago (June 25), assuming that they would be delivered in time for my vacation (starting Saturday), as it said they would be delivered in 2-4 business days. I'm located in a region of Canada where Garage stuff always ships super quickly (never takes more than 2 days). I got a notification saying that they both shipped on June 26, and that tracking would be available in 1-2 business days, but it's now July 2, and tracking is still not available. When should I reach out to customer service? My credit card has been charged since the items shipped, and I'm very disappointed.

IUD Sitting Low/Feeling like I have no other treatment options

I had a Mirena IUD inserted at my endo specialist's clinic the last week of May and have been experiencing negative symptoms ever since. I had a brief period of relief on June 23rd, and chose to have intercourse for the first time since insertion, but the next day I started bleeding again and experiencing intense cramping that still won't go down no matter how many pain management strategies I try. Along with the cramping, I've felt an intense urge/feeling of needing to pull a tampon out, but I have not been able to use tampons due to pain and discomfort since getting the IUD. I hadn't been able to feel the strings until last week, when I could feel them about 2cm into my vaginal canal. I went to my family doctor with these concerns and got an ultrasound done to check the position of my IUD, and they found that the IUD is very low in my uterus (and I have a large cyst on my ovary... which they said the IUD would prevent).

My endo specialist's PA said that it wasn't necessary to remove but recommended that I get it replaced. I have never had success taking oral BC because I'm way too forgetful and can't remember to take them consistently, leading to an unplanned pregnancy a couple years ago that had to be terminated, and this clinic doesn't believe in any other BC as an endo management strategy (no nuvaring, implant, etc.)

Should I get a new IUD or keep the old one? Mine got rid of my hormonal acne that I always get on my chin, and I didn't have as many of the negative symptoms I was expecting (no weight gain or water retention, mood stayed stable unlike when I was on the pill, and my brain fog wasn't as bad). Has anyone had success with a replacement staying in place?

I don't want to have to go back to getting a period, and I was so hopeful that the IUD would work for me because the bleeding stopped for a week before the day I think the IUD moved.

Side note: My family doctor was surprised that I was given a Mirena considering how petite I am... could this be a factor in why the IUD moved?

Severe Bleeding After IUD

I got my Mirena IUD just over a week ago (10 days ago) to help manage my endo symptoms. I got it inserted right before I think I was going to get my period (I tried to schedule it for the second day of my period but I was definitely wrong about timing). I didn't get any spotting, other than right after having it inserted, until 6 days post insertion. The next day, the spotting turned into the heaviest bleeding I've ever had, and it hasn't stopped. I'm passing clots the size of golf balls, and the bleeding is showing no signs of slowing down. The ER where I live has always been useless for endo-related problems (like heavy bleeding that won't stop and causes me to pass out), and the clinic where I got the IUD inserted is in the city, 2 hours away, and they typically take 7-10 business days to respond to voicemails. I don't know what to do. Has anyone had this happen before? Did anything work to stop the bleeding?

I think I messed up the balance of my scalp...

I tried Native shampoo over two months ago, and as the title says, I think I messed up the balance of my scalp. When I was using the shampoo, my hair would get greasy by 24 hours after washing. Before I used Native, I could usually go ~60 hours before noticing any visible greasiness. I have curly hair, so it is not ideal for me to wash my hair every day. I've switched back to the shampoo I've been using for ~2 years, Monday shampoo for curly hair, and my scalp still has not returned to normal. I always double shampoo/wash, and it has not been working to prevent me from getting greasy as fast. Has anyone experienced something similar? What products do you recommend to fix it?

IUD insertion pain management

For my IUD insertion appointment, I've been prescribed Ativan and they'll be numbing my cervix with lidocaine beforehand. Is it still worth it for me to take meloxicam and buscopan too? My doctor didn't specifically say to take them, but I'm worried the pain will be bad. Has anyone taken either of these drugs prior to IUD insertion and found them to have been helpful?

Additionally, if you have any positive long-term IUD experiences (esp w endo, PCOS and/or ADHD), please share them because I'm so close to cancelling my insertion appointment rn.

New lululemon Pace Rival Skirt Too Long

I ordered another lululemon pace rival skirt for the first time in ~6 years, as my old ones are finally starting to show a fair amount of wear. I didn't realize that they'd changed the length, and I'm so sad. I'm 152cm, so the new length (38cm) is literally 1/4 of my height and is not as flattering as the old length. The style of the skirt is also not conducive to alterations. I wish they would bring the shorter length back :(. It's especially weird to me considering how many styles they've added shorter inseams for. Has anyone else had the same experience? Has anyone been able to find similar styles elsewhere with a length shorter than 33cm?

I've been struggling to find denim shorts that don't exaggerate my long torso-short legs proportions. I'm 152cm with legs that are only 65cm long, and I hate summer due to the fact that it's too hot where I live to wear maxi skirts or anything that can hide how short and thick my legs are. High waisted shorts make my torso seem super long, and they're usually far too loose in the waist (my measurements are 61cm waist + 89.5cm hips). Does anyone have any recommendations?
