My Experience with Rosalyn AI

I got an exception and gave all 3 proctored exams without needing a proctor. The University enabled a special Exam option in BrightSpace for it.

I was thinking that maybe they would make us go through ProctorU, which was one of the options I requested in my email to the University, but even that wasn't needed.

Overall, great experience for my last term with the Uni. I was quite uncomfortable with having to use an AI-managed proctoring service, so I am happy they let me do it without it.

Seeing other people's experience from my region, I would have hated using it.

Best of luck to everyone who's going to suffer from Rosalyn in the following terms.

I was in the middle of an exam (wrote 3000 words) and saw THIS when I hit submit :/

Canvas is the platform my school uses for... everything. As the note says, it's been breached by a hacking group, so all of my data is there now, too. I cannot study for any of my exams, complete any assignments, or do anything else until this is fixed. I'm gonna be SO MAD if I lost all my writing 😞 I was so proud of what I wrote

Edit: This was an in-class exam (timed essay prompt) in a locked browser. Copy-pasting was disabled, so there was no way to work offline. Stop blaming me for "not backing up" or saying that "writing directly into the browser" was stupid. It was the only option.
