my sister is looking for a videographer and/or photographer for her wedding, but her budget is tight :( this is for a wedding for spring of next year and will be near bellingham.

any college students who want experience and some $$? still willing to pay, but budget is probably closer to $1k and below. also open to recommendations if anyone has any!
