[ANIME SPOILERS] The Quintet (and Nagisa) Finds The Manga (Chicago Isekai Pt.3)

Is it still anime spoilers if it's the manga adaptation of the anime?

...Eh, semantics. Anyway, I'm back! Sorry I've gone so long without posting. My various different hyperfixations tend to come and go (thanks ADHD), so I just kinda forgot about PMMM for a while. Well, I saw the Madoka Omnibus in a bookstore today and had to take the opportunity.

For anyone whose computer has been hijacked entirely (i.e. through a Curseforge modpack zip) and don't want to do a full factory reset, here's a backdoor method to remove the hacker's access.

DISCLAIMER: While this shouldn't result in any adverse side effects, I am not responsible for any damage to their PC's OS.

  1. IMMEDIATELY disconnect from any Internet connection!! This is how the hacker is able to access your computer remotely. No connection, no access.
  2. Activate the hidden Windows admin account. Press Win+X, go to Windows Powershell (Admin), and run the command net user administrator /active:yes . You need admin access to do what we're about to do.
  3. Sign out of your current user and log into the admin account.
  4. Go to the search bar and open Registry Editor. Alternatively, right click on the Windows logo, go to "Run", and type in "regedit".
  5. On each folder under "Computer" (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, HKEY_CURRENT_USER, etc), right click, and select Permission.
  6. There should be an account listed as "Account Unknown [a bunch of numbers/letters]" or something along those lines.
  7. Click on it and click Remove.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Repeat Steps 5 through 8 for every single folder.
  10. (Optional) Go back to Windows Powershell and run net user administrator /active:no to disable the admin account again.

While this won't affect any of your online accounts (Discord, email, etc.), that should at least remove the hacker's access to your PC and its files.
