Bro, why nerf Overrun, this sucks

I started the game a little over three weeks ago; I picked Saber because I like her in the anime, and I chose Dan Heng because he’s been my favorite character so far.

However, I’ve seen a lot of people advising caution, saying the endgame is hard to clear without a good team. So, I’d like to know what I should get to avoid running into trouble later on (I’m currently in the middle of the Loufu storyline).
