Champion help

So I’m in a bit of a predicament I was hard stuck bronze for a while played on and off and came back to the game a few months ago and managed to climb to gold playing mainly nasus and then rammus of nasus was banned, went from bronze 4-gold-4 in about 50 games

But since the changes to jungle nasus and the little item changes I felt I should try something else so I’ve been trying a range of champs I simply can’t win a game I don’t know if it was just nasus was broken and my elo is above where it actually should be but I also find my games have gone from playing with chill team mates all of a sudden to the most toxic garbage ever, I try my hardest to not blame loses on anything other than I didn’t play good enough but if your team is 0-9 before scuttle spawn what can you do to recover when people just have loser mentality and call game lost before 3mins

Fizz jungle

So many people play fizz in the jungle I’ve played about 10 games recently in around plat elo
Not high I know but I seems people don’t know how to deal with him you can flash e over so many walls or throw ult from behind a wall and just jump on them and ow my tower diving 2 low botlaners and getting out before you get hit with one turret shot is there any good jungle tech or combos I might not know being fresh to the character

Is leagues low ranks to hard to get out off

So I’m a very casual league player, I play for fun and have best been silver don’t play much ranked at all tbh mainly due to not having time to play enough games to make it worth it.

But with the big surge in streamers from various different or gaming backgrounds all being coached for 100s of hours by some of the best players and still really struggling to get out of bronze and silver being a big thing it kind of begs the question should it really take 100s of games to get out of bronze-silver or even gold
