Does anyone have a scenic running path that isn’t car centric hell?

I have mostly lived in backwater areas my entire life and I’ve been living here for a year but unfortunately, running isn’t as fun anymore since I have been having to run though Walmart parking lot hell. Additionally, sometimes waiting at lights for five different lanes is draining as hell. Does anyone have a good running path mapped out?

How do I romanticize running again?

I (23) have been running since middle school. I have mostly lived in backwater areas with a lot of foliage so a lot of my running paths have been borderline trail running paths. I recently moved to a place where I don’t have access to that and additionally, to get to the gym— I run through Walmart parking lot hell. It makes me not want to run at all. How do I romanticize running again?

How do I go no contact with parents that act insane?

I’m 23 years old— I’m completely independent, my parents don’t pay for anything other than a phone line that is specifically to call them. (I have my own phone number that I pay for because I refuse to share it with my parents on account my mom will spam me, sign me up for insane things, and leave scream voice messages if I ignore her. She has called for hours before.) I’m on the other side of the country, yet somehow my dad managed to get his job to let him take business trips near where I live. Both my parents will randomly either show up at my door or stalk my workplace waiting for me. I am thinking about getting a restraining order but I don’t know what that legally looks like. I would also really appreciate a list of things I would need to make sure to do before I go ahead with anything.

About a week ago, I found a tick on my side. It was a nymph and I thought I pulled it off same day. (I hiked that morning and had to catch a bus back to where I lived, so it was a few hours before I was able to check.) I absolutely pulled it off incorrectly, my bad. I also have a pretty bad skin picking problem. (My bad.) Is this looking like I need to go get immediate care or does this look like I should monitor it out? If I need to get care for this, can I do that at a non emergency clinic? Thank you.
