HD599 SE or HD560s?

I've been using budget bluetooth headphones for a very long time and I've never used anything "good". I was looking at some open back headphones and saw the Sennheiser hd 599 SE for 80 dollars on Amazon and the hd560s for 100 dollars. I was wondering which one I should get. I'll be using both from my built in headphone jack on my phone, the 599 has a 50ohm impedance and the 560s has a 120 ohm impedance, I'm not really sure if that should be a deciding factor. I was wondering which one i should go for? I think either of them would be a big upgrade over what I have currently.

Is apple music worth switching over to for lossless?

I'm currently using yt music with my phone's built in headphone jack and wired headphones. I'm also getting Sennheiser hd 599 SE as my first open back headphones and plan on using it with my phone's headphone jack. If it weren't for the lossless audio benefits then I'd probably stick to yt music as i have an android and i prefer the yt music app over the apple music one and i wouldn't even consider apple music. I have heard people talk about services like qobuz and tidal but they aren't available in my region unfortunately. I was wondering if it was worth switching to apple music for the lossless audio?

Headphones recommendations

I'm currently using budget consumer headphones and have never used anything "good" yet, I am planning on getting some new headphones with a budget of about 150 dollars. I was thinking about getting the Audio technica ath m50x as I've heard good things about it. Another headphone I was considering was the Sennheiser hd 599 SE since i mostly listen in quiet spaces so i should be fine with an open back. The m50x is 135 dollars and the 599 is 95 dollars for me in my region.
