Good Morning!

I am moving to LA from eastern Washington for work. I am generally unfamiliar with LA and all the areas, and where to dig in roots. I expect to be spending quite a bit of time at work in the first few months to become engrained in the culture. Ideally I am hoping for a room to rent during this phase of my transition that is a short commute to Vernon. About me, I’m a 32y/o male, single, with a golden retriever named Mike (who will be staying here in WA currently). I have accepted a position to manage a manufacturing facility with a few problems, so this will keep me busy. I enjoy a quiet life and and some privacy, but I also love to cook and have a beer with good people. I am not a heavy drinker, I am respectful and clean, I own a home that I will be renting in WA and understand the importance of respecting another’s space and property. I drive a pickup and will be bringing a motorcycle with me as well, garage parking for the bike would be ideal and appreciated. I am happy to pay a fair price for the right space.

Dates.. my plan is to leave WA on the 1st of June and arrive in LA by the 3rd, yes, very quick. Hoping to avoid living out of an extended stay for a while.
