im looking for eps of the season where they had Fumiko cycle to get cheap ingredients or se didnt eat till she had saved enough to go to disneyland paris

i actually had these once a few years ago on videx but sadly it wont let me play or download it anymore and my backups are long since lost, i did upload them as a torrent for some people but again i cant find it and its likely long dead.

id be incredibly grateful if someone has any links, this time ill be sure to store them properly and do some decent subs for them

Before I go and track down more found feathers can anyone suggest anything I've missed that has a shot at topping the list? (final note in the full list fjallraven and Patagonia make up the rest of the list but not Japanese so I didn't list it)

Long shot i know but im wondering if anyone knows of anyone/anywhere that has Vol 2 and 3 of Season 10 library editions, theyre the last two my partner needs to complete the set but i cant find real copies anywhere, i spotted some on ebay but it turns out theyre copies/fakes, any help would be greatly appreciated (im in the UK but if i have to stump up for international shipping thats fine)

my partner has expressed an interest in watching anime with me several times in the past, but we have a classic problem, she struggles to follow subs so wants the dub, unfortunately i hate dubs with the fire of a thousand suns, when the topic came up a day or two ago i thought "hmm couldnt you just send different audio streams to different outputs? thatd solve the problem"

well i had a free evening so i decided to find out, and it turns out, yes you can do just that, so i did! it supports multiple various codecs etc, major sub formats etc, has controls for tweaking the audio delay and a few other bits, by no means is it perfect and the UI is a bit ugly but functional. the main thing though, it works

its built for linux in python with gstreamer and pulseaudio (sorry i cant do mac support as i dont have one to test etc) but other than that all it needs is 2 audio outputs, that can be wired headphones via a jack and the speakers, or a usb wired headset or a bluetooth audio device (2 bluetooth is possible but you need a 2nd BT adaptor) or any other combo of outputs really.

right now it does appear to be fully working and i dont seem to be having any issues with any of the files im throwing at it, the only known issue is changing the language track of one of the outputs or the subs currently restarts the video

im as yet not really sure if im planning to publicly release it as a thing as i cant really promise the time to maintain or support it heavily but its proven useful for me

Just curious which side people fall on? Personally I always check for stuff actually being made in Japan, I just feel like you're much more likely to get a better finish/quality

Please note by no means am I throwing shade at anyone who is happy with stuff made elsewhere, it's just my preference

i was looking for places other than nolly&the natures that ship Descendant worldwide and i stumbled on this place, never heard of them before, based in hong kong they seem to have a great selection of both descendant and WTAPS (as well as Neighborhood) just wanted to check its actually legit not some dodgy fake outfit

went to fold my WTAPS jungle cargos after hanging them to dry today to find a big tear in the back, absolutely gutted. so now im out here looking for some new legs for my wardrobe which will no doubt cost me a small fortune, sadly the Descendant Duck pants i liked are out of stock in my size on the natures so im thinking maybe some orslows unless i can find something cooler, open to suggestions, loose fitting, usually size 3 (with 30-32" leg) not black or white, doesnt need to be cargos

also we seriously need to start seeing some more places outside japan carrying Descendant stuff, i think the natures are about the only shop that carry it and ship overseas

yesterday i felt the sting of codex renewed limits, by 11am i already had "try again after 14:18" and i hadnt done that much, did a few bits with other models and manually in the time, came back to chatgpt, toned it down to 5.4 instead of 5.5 and asked it to do a code review on changed files (like 16 files max, small fixes) it discovered 3 minor issues, so i told it to fix them... "you have reached your limit, try again after 9.08am 29th feb"

yikes, with codex, my general go-to now being out of action for over a day ahead of me i figured id have to use an alternative and i noticed deepseek v4 had released and seemed good, signed in and was happy to find i still had $4.98 in api creds on there.

now here we stand basically almost a day later, 44 million credits on pro and 14 million on flash and my balance is......... $3.41! less than $2 of api creds for a stonking amount of progress, and its not low quality either, flash is very capable alone, pro is fantastic, sure its not opus or codex at its highest but they cost orders of magnitude more, even compared to the cheaper models like K2.6 and M2.7 its still shockingly cheap, lets hope they keep the prices this good for a while
