I feel like there were a handful of decorations that went viral last year and you couldn’t find anywhere. Not so much this year, yet. Maybe with the exception of the Cracker Barrel stained glass witch hat lamp. Anyone seeing anything this year?

I love Halloween (preaching to the choir here), but I have two little kids and we keep Halloween fun. Even without kids, I prefer the whimsical aspect of Halloween. Not into the scary or gory side. I would LOVE some Halloween movie recommendations that fit this category. Hocus pocus is a good benchmark. There are hundreds of Christmas movies every season, but I’m having a hard time finding Halloween movies that are what I’m looking for besides the obvious (hocus pocus, nightmare b4 Xmas, haunted mansion). Can’t seem to find an answer to this so hoping someone here can set the record straight. I help manage I.T. for a small 30 person company. I work remotely and my day to day is honestly pretty routine and predictable, rarely anything crazy happens. It’s perfect for automating which I’ve started to do. I’ve created a lot of claude skills for specific tasks that I just tell Claude to do when one of those tasks comes up. I set C code to my local drive and it does a lot for me.

I want so badly to be able to leave my desk and when something comes up, just tell Claude code to handle it from my phone as if I were sitting at my desk but I cannot figure it out. I’ve tried dispatch with co-work, but co-work is useless. I use the desktop app for Claude code not the CLI. When I use Claude code on the iOS app, it only allows me to work inside of a code project, which I can see as being useful if I want to keep building something on the go, but not my need. I have a skill for onboarding a new freelancer. At my computer I say, “onboard this new hire”. The skill runs and they get set up in the system immediately. How can I trigger that from my phone? I’m pretty sure codex can run local operations from your phone so there has to be a way clause does it too, right?

I imagine this has been asked and answered a hundred times, so apologize if this is repetitive, but I'm struggling to find reasons to use Claude Cowork. I use Claude Chat and Claude Code daily. Most of my day to day work is cloud based so I use Claude Code for all work related tasks. I feel like there has to be a way I can use Claude Cowork for something, but I just can’t. Seems like YouTubers telling me how to use Cowork think I have thousands of files in a folder that all need to be renamed, or cleaning up my desktop. But keep my desktop and system pretty organized. There has to be better use cases? Is it possible that it’s not meant for people like me that don’t do much locally? What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

Kinda new to all of this, but really been enjoying using claudecode for work. I don't ever actually use it for writing code. I have found it to be extremely helpful in boosting my productivity with work tasks.

I'm working on several large projects at work and want to give claude code access to all of the docs, meeting transcripts, emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc. for each individual project so I can use it as a project specialist.

All of this data is spread out and my instinct is to centralize all the information for each separate project so claude code has access only a single projects data at any given time. If this is the right approach, how do I centralize data for each project so claude has access to it? I feel ridiculous, it seems like this should be easy and I'm missing something, but I can't figure out what the best method is here. The only thing I can think of is creating a folder for each project that lives on my local machine and then dumping all relevant data into each project folder, but that's a lot of manual effort, and what do you do about emails?

Any help, guidance, advice greatly appreciated.
