Laptop for mainly home office work and occasional gaming and 3d modeling
My current laptop is a Dell XPS 13 from 2016 i5-6200U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Intel HD Graphics 520, 13.3" FHD display. I run sketchup, onshape and World of Tank Blitz on it.
I'd like to start using Fusion or maybe Solidworks for 3d modeling only, no analysis. I would also like to run Assetto Corsetta and other racing sims. I plan to dock it to a Dell docking station and have a large screen.

- Info/Requirements
16gb ram upgradable to 32 (or already 32), 1TB SSD, I don't know much about CPUs but keep reading that single thread is more important in this scenario.
Some laptops that look interesting and I found on Slickdeals. Thoughts and suggestions?
