How is interest calculated on a Perks Checking account?

I am new to Huntington as my old bank was acquired and just switched over to them. My old checking account was converted into a "Perks Checking account" When the account switched over in June I got an "IOD Interest paid" deposit of $12. In July I got an "Interest Payment" of $10. This month I got an "Interest Payment" of $1(which is basically what my old bank was paying). The account balance did not substantially change during any point month over month. I can't see anywhere on their website how they actually calculate interest on a perks checking account whether it be the rate or any requirements to earn interest. Did they just screw something up either last month or this month?I am just confused.

Koda 2 Pro always takes several tries to keep on

I recently got a Koda 2 pro and every time I go to use it, it will run for a few seconds and then shut off. I have to do this 4-5 times before it will stay "on" and then run normally for however long I need it. It replaced a Koda 16 which would very rarely fail to stay ignited once I turned it on in the years that I owned it. Is this normal for the Koda 2 pro?

Shampoo product test problems

Anybody doing the in home shampoo product test right now able to complete the surveys? I got the product a few weeks ago and was supposed to take two surveys about using the product. The first one was last week but when I tried to complete it I got the DQ screen at the end but the survey remained for me to take and didn't go away. I took it again and the same result. It eventually went away after a few days had passed. Today the second survey appears and when I took it, again I was taken to a DQ screen with the survey still available take.

Is there anybody else in this product test that is having the same issues?

How are multiple "extra" offers handled when both are active?

2 days ago I got an email saying that I would get an extra 50 points on my next order if I activated the offer which I did. Today I get another email saying that the next time I order the honey chicken I will get an extra 125 points. if I activate the offer which I did. They each expire different days next week. You can't just turn one of them off once they have activated. If I go and order a honey chicken entree any ideas on what will actually happen? Will I get just 1 bonus offer or both or maybe neither?

Also further complicating things is that I have enough rewards points for a free burrito so I would only actually be paying for a drink. The "extra" offers don't specify a minimum spend amount to activate though.

Is the store supposed to test batteries before exchanging them under warranty?

I bought a Duralast platinum batter a little over two years ago and it died. Had AAA come out and they confirmed it was basically a dead battery with a reading of 7v. Took it to the store and all I told them was that it was a dead battery. After looking up my account and seeing it was under warranty they just handed me a new battery without without a second thought. I expected them to at least test it or something to confirm it was actually dead before doing an exchange.
