Rinsing with water every day

Hi!

i am very sweaty and with the current summer heat my scalp sweats a lot in my sleep. I've started rinsing my hair with cold water with my morning shower but im not sure if it's a good practice.

Is it all right, to rinse everyday? If not, what can i do against the itciness?
