QUESTION: Kung totoong malapit na ang katapusan ng mundo, bakit kailangan pang mangingi-alam o pumasok sa politics?

This just dawned on me, and it kind of shows what the goals of the incult are.

If what the incult is saying is true, that the world's end is very near, shouldn't they focus on saving as many people as they can and focus on evangelical missions?

Why is it then that the incult is more focused on placing people in strategic social and political positions? This move is only done by people who want to achieve long-term goals.

For a doomsday cult proclaiming the end of the world is near to dabble in politics and worldly matters is hypocritical. Or does the incult actually not believe that the world is ending?

So, for the lurkers and OWEs here, please enlighten me. Why???

Angels CAN sin, and it is much far worse for them when they do

According to many Judeo-Christian traditions, angels were originally created with free will and the capacity to sin, which is a vulnerability most famously demonstrated by Lucifer and the third of the heavenly host who rebelled alongside him. However, whether angels retain that ongoing ability to sin depends heavily on specific theology.

Traditional theologians, such as Thomas Aquinas in his Summa Theologiae, suggest that the spiritual realm underwent a definitive, permanent parting of ways following that initial heavenly rebellion:

  • The "Elect" Angels: The angels who remained loyal to God passed a fundamental moral test. In recognition of their faithfulness, they were confirmed in eternal holiness. For these holy angels (referenced in 1 Timothy 5:21), further sin is considered impossible.
  • The Fallen Angels: Conversely, those who succumbed to pride permanently lost their state of grace (2 Peter 2:4). Unlike humans, whose earthly journey allows for a lifetime of repentance and redemption, angels operate under an irreversibility of choice. Theologians widely view these fallen beings as irrevocably locked into their evil condition, entirely outside the scope of scriptural redemption.

This theological framework creates a massive logical dilemma for Felix Manalo, the founder of the Iglesia ni Cristo, and his followers who claim he is the "Angel from the East" prophesied in Revelation.

Claiming angelic status is far from an absolute win. In biblical theology, an angel is either completely locked into eternal holiness or they are a fallen being permanently stripped of the capacity for forgiveness. Because Felix Manalo was a human being who lived a standard earthly life, he undeniably sinned. And since scripture provides no mechanism for a sinning angel to ever be redeemed, his self-proclaimed title traps him in a theological corner: if he was truly an angel who sinned, he would be permanently beyond the reach of God's grace.

The creature signed his own death warrant without reading the terms and conditions that came with it.

Racket Singing in the incult is normal?

Heaven’s Membership Fee. When Worship Becomes Control.

Faith should require neither a blood sacrifice nor a membership fee.

The doctrine peddled by the incult, that the Creator demands either your death or your money, sounds less like divine grace and more like a celestial extortion racket. Life is meant to be lived, not treated as a transaction or a deposit into a cosmic bank.

If we are being honest, a deity (incult's god or the manalos themselves) who demands blood and currency resembles a despot far more than a benevolent creator. Ultimately, either such a being does not exist, or he is not the "good guy" the scriptures claim him to be.

Cliffe Knechtle explaining Jesus' anger towards the self righteous

The part where Cliffe exposes Jesus’ strong opposition to the self-righteous is in his very first response in this video. The rest of the video contains more debate points worth watching, but I want to highlight this section in particular because it hits the incult in the balls.

FB post of Monoklista about Dehumanization: "These are the people who no longer see political opponents as fellow citizens with different views." You know, cult behavior.

Putting aside our political views, I'd like to highlight the part of dehumanization. This has been shown and proven again and again in history. This is why incultists are easy to kill other humans they label as "sanlibutan", especially those who insult their supreme leader. incult should never exist.

I'm sharing the contents of a FB post by Monoklista. The post:

Dehumanization

One thing that I find deeply disturbing is the way some members of the Opposing movement treat people who simply disagree with them politically. To be fair, I have encountered a few who are rational and capable of conversation. But there is a growing faction within this movement that is showing unmistakable signs of political extremism.

These are the people who no longer see political opponents as fellow citizens with different views. Instead, they reduce them to something lesser, mocking them, calling them animals, portraying them as ignorant masses who must be “educated” or “reprogrammed.” The language alone should alarm anyone who understands history.

Because this is exactly how the darkest chapters of human history began.

Before genocides happen, the victims are first stripped of their humanity. They are portrayed as inferior, as uncivilized, as parasites infecting society. Once that narrative takes root, the perpetrators begin to see themselves not as aggressors, but as moral crusaders. By redefining their targets as less than human, they free themselves from guilt. Violence then becomes easier to justify.

I remember reading The Anatomy of Fascism by historian Robert O. Paxton. One of the most striking lessons from that book is how extremist movements evolve. They rarely begin as openly violent organizations. They begin as moral crusades fueled by resentment and self-righteous certainty.

We saw this pattern during the rise of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. Their movements did not begin with death camps and mass executions. They began with ridicule, propaganda, and the systematic dehumanization of opponents.

Under Hitler, the Nazi movement mobilized the Sturmabteilung, known as the Brownshirts (hello kayumangi by Nikka Gadi). Under Mussolini, the fascists unleashed the Blackshirts. These hardline fanatics roamed the streets attacking political opponents, terrorizing dissenters, and enforcing ideological conformity through intimidation and violence.

What started as a political movement quickly turned into a culture of fanaticism where disagreement itself was treated as treason.

This is why the behavior we are seeing today should not be dismissed as mere political passion. When a movement begins to believe that those who disagree are stupid, subhuman, or in need of “reeducation,” it has already taken the first steps down a very dangerous road.

People who are confident in their ideas argue.

People who understand their beliefs debate.

But those who cannot defend their position intellectually often fall back on ridicule, moral superiority, and eventually coercion.

Looking at the trajectory of the Opposing movement today, it is hard not to see echoes of that pattern emerging.

This movement increasingly behaves as if it alone holds the monopoly on morality, intelligence, and truth. Anyone outside their political tribe is treated not as a fellow Filipino, but as an obstacle that must be corrected, silenced, or humiliated.

That is not the language of democracy.

That is the language of ideological fanaticism.

And history teaches us a very uncomfortable truth: movements like this do not become dangerous on their own. They become dangerous the moment an enabler appears, a leader willing to weaponize that fanaticism.

When that happens, the mob that once shouted insults online suddenly believes it has a moral mandate to do far worse.

History has shown us this pattern before.

Ignoring it would be a mistake.

Jesus defended His followers against accusations of breaking sabbatical rules by challenging the strict, man-made interpretations of the Pharisees (enter incult)

Matthew 12:1-8 Video from The Chosen TV series.

Jesus defended His followers against accusations of breaking Sabbath rules by challenging the Pharisees’ rigid, man-made interpretations of the law. He emphasized that the Sabbath was created for the benefit of people, not as a burdensome restriction. Christ taught that mercy, compassion, human need, and doing good are more important than blindly enforcing ritualistic rules.

This is yet another parallel showing how oppressive, legalistic incult behavior stands in direct opposition to the teachings of Christ.
