Does this job looks sloppy or is this typical for Hardie?

Would love to know if this is what caulking and spacing typically looks like or if this is just sloppy work. We went at the higher bid who had better reviews. I want to make sure that they just didn’t send a lower grade crew.

And sadly, I don’t have cameras on my house, but it looks like when they pulled the dumpster out that were one of their trucks hit my car that was parked on the street. Sadly, I have no way to prove that though.

Redhead struggling with roots

I have always been a natural redhead, but like most at a certain age, we start to go more cinnamon and sugar. I have never had any processing my hair other than using henna and mixes from Rainbow.

The red makes me way too red, especially in the sun. Copper almost goes orange. Interesting light brown gives me a much more realistic, looking dark Auburn red but a little too dark for me. Trying to find something that is as close to my natural colors as possible.

This week after six weeks from my last coloring, I spent the entire week outside and in the water. Oddly, it looks more natural than it ever has since childhood. I doubt I could capture that exact color. I struggle because when I just do my roots, I can see the layers coming in, but if I just keep added color to the whole thing, it gets too bright or too dark.

Attaching a few pictures for reference and hopefully some insight.

Having compost soil and mulch delivered?

What are my best spots to have those items delivered. Previous owners had an 8 x 12 garden bed in the back, but it’s been years. I think since they used it. I’m going to have to mow down all the weeds, add cardboard, but then add lots of fresh soil, compost and mulch. Would love to do it quickly so I can get some things planted.

90s monstrosity bathroom help please

Recently purchased this house that was built in the 90s. It has a massive garden tub with tile surround and a RV style plastic shower. The toilet next to a bump out wall that likely holds electrical and HVAC and it would be too expensive to move.

It is approximately 10 x 10. I need to minimize expenses so I would like to avoid moving any plumbing if possible. I am OK removing the tub altogether because there’s another one in the adjacent smaller bathroom. I cannot remove the window or move it.

If I move the shower to the area of the tub, I’m not sure what I would put in the area of the tub. And I don’t want it so large that I get cold! I don’t think I would want to clean a wet room, but I’m open to it.

Thank you for any and all suggestions. I know I have several limitations, but I’m hoping that I can still come up with something good and higher individual skilled people to do the project rather than getting a bathroom, design, designer, and contractor that would charge me double.

Thank you!
