Tazing unarmed females when there are ample large men officers, and she wasnt posing a threat.

Park Hills mo, a musician who was already a traumatic brain injury survivor, unarmed, gets tazed , face down and already cuffed, and asked "did you shit your pants?" was told to "move back to where she came from," and "is mickey mouse a dog or a cat" while they stood around laughing about it. What do you call this and how do you stop it from happening to anyone else?

been in the hospital for almost 2 months. my pancreas quit working and a pulminary adema, liver, enlarged intestines, i only have one good organ left. pancreas meds are 600 its called creon, i have to take it in order to process food.

I'm not gonna last long but i dont want to leave penniless. I'm probably going to lose my house, i came home from hospital to lights shut off, water shut off, i live alone single female. both parents are disabled (one cancer, one auto immune) and broke and i just moved here and don't have ppl to ask. I need help, and when do I get palliative care? does that cover the electric bill and the nurse? what do i do?
