All boss fights ranked worst to best (Spoilers for both games)

Recently replayed through both games again and loved every bit of it (uh, maybe not mourning and havoc). I also finally got around to playing through the mea culpa dlc this time which I liked a lot too. Here's all the bosses ranked from worst to best, tiers are ordered with stuff on the left being better than stuff on the right.

Beat the game for the first time, So here's my ranking of the bosses on both Enjoyment and Difficulty

As the title says, beat salt & sanctuary for the first time. It started off good, and although I had some annoyances in the middle (entire stretch from tree of men to stench) which made me put it off, once I got back I was surprised. The game just kept getting better and better until the end.

Ds1 was my first souls/soulslike game so I loved seeing all the similarities to it, but it also keeps its own identity. Overall great game, but some QoL changes like a map and better platforming would have been nice.

(Spoilers for both games) Hollow Knight and Silksong all boss fights tierlist

Based on fun, music, lore and of course some bias, tiers are ordered. What do you agree/disagree with?

Everyone loves silksongs bosses and areas, but I feel like the regular enemies go overlooked. What's everyone's favorite enemies in the game?

Skarr stalker for me, they look so cool and are used pretty well. They almost feel like a mini version of Lace. Grand Reeds are rlly cool too, love that they drop a good amount of rosaries.

The Crests as the 7 Deadly Sins

This is just for fun, I'm sure most of these are a stretch lol. This is based more off what I think their mains/users are like instead of the lore behind the crest. Don't take it too seriously, use whatever you want its a singleplayer game after all.

Pride: Hunter - The base crest of hornet, hunter mains are prideful since they use the "definitive" toolkit for hornet, and I'm sure some of you hunter mains feel a sense of superiority whenever you see someone having to use strategies you deem as cheesy. Plus the fact that its gimmick is triggered by playing well makes them feel better than others for being good at the game

Envy: Shaman - Shaman mains are envious that all the other crests can be accessed a lot earlier and be used. They feel jealous of that and resent the fact that they have to wait until they are a good chunk into act 3 before they use it. I'm sure shaman mains are also envious of the air heal every other crests get

Wrath: Witch - If you are using witch, either you are unleashing your wrath on anything in the form of tentacles combined with claw mirrors, or you are getting pissed off becasue you just lost all your silk, gained no health and missed your nuke. Plus the image of smiting everything with a big ass bomb is as wrathful of a playstyle as you can get in this game

Lust: Beast - As a beast main, I'm sure some of us have this weird obsession with trying to be as airborne as possible, trying to chain as many clawlines as you can and using sawtooth to annihilate everything in a very unique way. Beast mains just have this strong desire to reach the pinnacle of silksong's agile combat. Plus I'm sure some of you gooners get off to hornets beast growls

Greed: Reaper - Greed, hoarding and wanting more than you could need. What fits that better than the silk collecting gimmick of the reaper crest. The number of times I've seen people end up in places they take damage just to pick up that little white dingleberry is way more than I would have thought. As the noob trap crest you also see reaper users hoarding onto so much silk just in case they have heal instead of trying to use it in offensive way.

Gluttony: Architect - Of course the crest that needs you to grind and build up roasters to convert it all into shell shards and consuming them through copious amounts of tools can be nothing except gluttony. You'd think that one complete set of tools would be enough but no, architect mains love to recraft mid fight and pelt the entire screen in purple bs. Plus the architect mains I've seen always want to find the best set of tools to delete bosses, the numbers can always get bigger after all

Sloth: Wanderer - Wanderer is sloth despite being the fastest crest, because it represents the unwillingness to change. Wanderer mains don't want to try out other crests because after all its the knights comfy, familiar move set. If it works so well, why bother? On top of that its the best crest without needing the setup of something like architect, meaning wanderer users incline to breeze through the game, nail spamming until they win.
