My pc started randomly shutting off while playing games

This has happened mostly playing Bf6, I know it's a pretty demanding game but I have low quality graphics and frame rate capped.

Today, my pc shutted off twice while playing. This has happened once before a couple of days ago but I just started playing again and nothing happened, until today. I'm monitoring my temps and they do get quite high (86-88°) but I never let them go over 90. Is it still too hot? Am I frying my pc?

I've had this laptop for exactly one year now. Should I clean it and repaste it? And is it something that a beginner can do? (I've opened a computer once and got the CPU then but it back together with no problems)

How do i fix my minimap?

Since they updated the air radar my minimap looked like this and i thought it was probably just a bug, just dice being dice, but lately i noticed it's always fixed in others clip lol, how can i do it? i tried to give it the biggest range possible thinking that might be the issue but nothing seemed to change

Bf6 Heli: light vs heavy rockets

Hello, I've recently started to use the attack heli in bf6 and I've mostly used heavy rockets without much thought because I used to hear people telle they were broken. Recently I've learned they have been nerfed, so I was wondering if they are still better than light rockets
