I have a used hp Elitebook 840g3 anyone want to buy, 8 256, 15000, everything working, just minor scratches, with original 65w charger

Is it the ssd or something else, is there a chance it's a software level problem. do i have to change the ssd only or something more expensive

After screen replacement, 5g showing but not working, even websites don't load but 4g works well. I've tried all types of reset and also factory data reset, multiple restarts, swap sim, and I'm in a 5g coverage zone with unlimited 5g plan. Anyone have any other solution or can it be a hardware problem. thanx
