Wires loose after large glob removal.

I had a print error overnight and when removing a large PLA gob that enveloped the hot end I have two wires that are now loose. What are these, and how can I reliably fix the issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Large power outage in Ross Park.

Storm didn't seem too bad, but lost power, seems to be the same section up here with a couple thousand people that loses power way too often.

Anyone else hit with this? Pretty bad time to lose power with the sheer heat still going on.
