looking for recipe!

i am looking for a recipe for an orange salsa that was served at cafe salsita in san antonio. ive tried the san fransisco style orange salsa and it's not quite right. if anyone has an idea of what this recipe is...help! i loved their chilaquiles & they had an amazing omelet, but that orange salsa was fire.

looking for support and/or success stories for modified natural FET

TW: mention of success & pregnancy loss

hi all! i just turned 40 (literally yesterday) and will be doing my second FET this coming weekend. my first transfer (at 39) was fully medicated and was a success, but sadly ended in a late 2nd trimester loss due to cervical insufficiency. i had a trans-abdominal cerclage placed at the start of the year & that surgery was perfect. my surgeon, RE, and OBGYN said based on the surgical results + everything else, we are looking really good.

my RE decided due to my fertility markers (which are great, i still ovulate and have a regular 28-30 day cycle) plus the placental pathology report that we'd do a modified natural FET this time. i had my monitoring appointment and everything looks great - 2 healthy follicles, 8~mm trilaminar lining, perfect estrogen & progesterone levels. i triggered saturday and will start transfer meds this week. i am CRAZY bloated this time around. almost comparable to my retrieval cycle and its kind of causing me to spiral a little.

i know im a candidate for success here - and the odds of bringing home our baby are high. our loss was a result of a structural issue in my cervix that has been corrected. i'm healthy, our embryo is euploid, and we know my body can implant and support a healthy pregnancy.

i'm just feeling the pressure of time i think. i love getting older - i know its a gift and i'm extra grateful for every day, especially after losing my son last year. but it is so hard not knowing what will happen.

id love to hear any success stories or words of wisdom/support!
