I ordered the granary camera smart feeder 2 weeks ago on July 3rd on the Petlibro website and the order still has not shipped. I need it by July 23 which is why I ordered on the 3rd. Did not expect it to take this long to ship considering the Petlibro website says orders ship in a few business days. I’m located in Canada, the website says they ship from the Canadian Amazon warehouse. Amazon product page says this is in stock and can ship overnight. Is there a way to cancel my order from the Petlibro website? I’ve submitted a ticket earlier this week but no response. The only reason I ordered from the Petlibro website directly and not Amazon is because there was a sale going on the website but not Amazon. If I knew they would take so long to ship, I would traded the 15% off for faster shipping.

Had been using A129 since 2021 with no issues. Today it just started to beep and ask to format SD card. I press ok, it says “please wait” and then starts beeping and asking to format SD card again (done this multiple times to no avail). I’ve tried powering on and off (both by turning on/off the car, and unplugging the USB cord), taking out the SD card and putting it back in. Nothing is fixing it so far. I’ve also not done anything to the dash cam at all. Is there anything I could do or is it at the end of its lifecycle?
