Qual o próximo passo? Cut out bulk?

Tenho 1,93 e sempre fui muuuito magrelo.

I need some advice, idk if I try more or just quit

I'll try to make it as short as possible. Basically, 2020 and 2021 I was an intern at this company. 2022 I was working for them as an engineer. Nowadays I'm their "oldest" employee considering those 2 internship years.

Basically I can't see much more growth, the company is small, I am Basically doing everything because it's easier to ask me to do it since I know all than to ask someone new that will stay a couple more months before jumping out.

It was a solid company, known in the area but family business, small, few people, too dependent on the owner.

The owner already said that he likes me and is thinking about how to make me "more senior" and maybe in the future I could be the director or something like that. The problem is that I'm not feeling it. The company froze in time. We lose more people than we add. We are kinda of losing respect, the owner is really getting older and tired and doing a LOT OF bad decisions. A FUCKING LOT OF BAD CALLS. I am often arguing with him and suggesting things we should try but he doesn't listen. I am really not liking my work anymore. I think I can't keep living like this, losing the very few people we have, while I keep getting more and more work just because maybe in some future I'll be the director or whatever...

Its really odd because feels like I should be grateful for this opportunity but I really dont feel like "putting all my eggs" into this company knowing that they are not financially well and like I said losing respect. I stopped learning a long time ago and I am not even 30 years old. I really feel like I should look for a bigger company, where there's room for me to grow or at least learn.

I really don't know what to do because of course owning your own company with 33 or whatever sounds cool but I dont feel prepared, they are not preparing me and I feel like we are even taking steps back as a company. Everyone is getting bigger, making good contracts, getting good people and we just keep losing and losing... my sixth sense is screaming for me to get away because the ship is wrecking but I'm so confused and part of me dont want to abandon them.

What makes a good player, well... good?

I'm not talking about the deck itself. I've searched this question here and most answers were like "learn how to make your deck better" or "write which cards are good for each segment of the game in your deck" and I get it, they are indeed good tips.

But I'm talking more about the player itself. Long story short, my pod created a few rules to diversify the game and we are encouraged to play with each other's decks. He have a small points table in an app and if you use a deck that isn't yours you get more points. The problem is that I'm not winning at all!! I sometimes rarely get 2nd place, mostly I lose. Even using my decks. There's this guy that wins 80% of the time, not even joking, and even using our decks!

This clicked to me that it's not just about the deck, but also about how to play the game. Do you have some tips for this beginner here?

Suggestions on commanders with "aura" and "rpg-like"; similar to Golos, Tireless Pilgrim

This may sound like such a weird question but I'm a new player, I love RPGs and I've been liking to brew tribals in general. This fulfills me a lot but something is missing among my decks, then I realized: I need some "RPG/Lore" themed deck.

My friend has a [[Golos, Tireless Pilgrim]] deck and I really liked it! Golos has "aura" (lol never thought I'd say this is this context), he really looks like some Dark Souls boss, feel like there is so much lore behind him. I like how he has this whole context and mechanic to work that suits him so well. And I love its art.

The problem is that we have a rule to not repeat decks and commanders. This got me thinking: is there any other card with similar traits? I know this is such a vague and odd question, but I think any card that has a cool machanic, cool art, and looks like some Dark Souls boss could do it. OR at least some suggestions on "Golos substitutes".

Thanks!! Any help is welcome. As a new player, everything is new and cool knowledge for me so feel free to suggest cards that you like.

PS: I liked [[Kelsien, the Plague]] and the whole experience counters mechanic, but I feel like I'm missing something

How to win against a deck that wins by making others mill their entire deck?

Hey there, I'm kinda new to the community, but I have a friend (that I've already talked about here in my first post, this is my second one) that likes really salty decks. His first deck was a cascade one, which is ok I guess, cool mechanic. Then Krenko, which is a pain in the ass sometimes but pretty manageable, then a poison/infect deck, which is really annoying and I still don't know how to deal with it. And now this deck that forces us to sacrifice and mill cards until we run out of deck.

Is there something that I am missing on how to deal with it? It's a blue // control deck, which can be annoying by itself. I see that I could run a lot of interaction to try to deny some of his sorceries, summons, etc; but I am pretty sure that his control deck contains more control cards than my decks, I'd lose this "control war".

I need help on finishing my Bird tribal Azorious deck

Hey there. I've been playing for almost a year now, and I love tribals. My first deck was a pretty cheap bird tribal one that now is too weak to play against my friends. In the last 10 months we got better at the game and built better decks and my original bird one got too outdated.

I've been working on updating it and it's almost done:
http://archidekt.com/decks/22722188/birbs_15

I just need some help because: it has 107 cards and I can't seem to figure out which card to take out. I know the first answer will be probably "why so many removals?". My friends have lots of token decks: goblins, elves, etc; but I still think I'm running too much removals. Even tho, even taking out 5 removals, I still don't know what else to take out.

Also, the main problem I've noticed about my original bird deck was the lack of win-cons, so I added a few cards to help the main win-con: flying damage. So I'm giving +1 counters, vigilance etc. And also added a few cards like Approach of the Second Sun.

Thanks!

Hey guys, basically the question in the title, which one is the best option?

It's always been a "problem" I deal with because I've learnt -and swam most of my life- doing small but quick kicks, usually quite random not really a 6 beat, sometimes 5, sometimes even more, the goal was just to keep kicking and letting the body do it's thing, I even forget I am kicking, it's not tiring at all. But at the same time it's not tiring, it feels like it's just "a waste of energy" since it's not doing much.

Last few months I am working on slowing down my stroke and kick rate, I am taking like 30% less strokes to complete same distance that I used to cover while "quick kicking" but I feel like it's harder now. To kick strong, focusing on matching kicking with arm needs to much attention and overall energy. I'm getting more tired and mentally exhausted. Is this exchaustion normal? Is this the way to become better? People keep saying that a 2 to 4 beat is preferable.
