Also quit vaping nicotine a few weeks ago and using benzos to cope but trying not to take it too far. Telling myself one thing at a time. Just checking in.

Stomach pain has been coming and going all day, but this recent bout has been here for almost an hour. It was mild at first and feels like menstrual cramps, not located on the right side or anything. Coming off a week long binge up to 1g a day and a few similar binges behind that with up to 1.5 weeks of breaks in between. Never had k cramps before - is that what it is? Feeling psychologically scared and fucked. Thanks.
