I sure do enjoy toast.
I've been wanting to post about this for some time. That is all. Thank you for hearing me out.

I have bad sleep apnea but I have never been able to use the typical Apnea machine, because I always end up taking the mask off in my sleep. I did try something similar to what's in this photo a couple years ago, but it was flimsy and wouldn't stay in my nostrils, so I ended up returning it.
This looks like a higher quality version of the same thing, but this also includes an optional strap to hold it onto my head. Moreover, it is rated very highl on Amazon, 90% five star reviews.
People are saying it works, but I'm wondering if I would be a fool to try something so similar to what didn't work last time. Does anyone here have successful experiences with these things?
I'm also hesitant, because the reviews generally talk about how much it combats snoring, but none of the reviews have the word apnea in them.
The concept seems the same as the apnea machines; blowing air through the nostrils. And it has three speed/flow settings. I know the airflow in the machines has more exact settings, but don't know if that matters.
Thank you for your advice. My sleep is disrupted many, many times each night and I definitely feel it throughout the day.
First, let me say I respect Lewisohn a lot and I don’t know anything at all about his personal life.
But this is getting ridiculous. He will never be done finding new information, so it could never get published.
I occasionally search for updates on his progress and he always says he knows fans are eagerly waiting, but it’s been many years.
It occurred to me that maybe he’s emotionally incapable of completing this thing because maybe he has some kind of OCD paranoia that it will never be complete enough to release or he’ll release it and then uncover more content.
He’s a talented, likable guy and I’m not trying to make fun of him, or anybody’s mental health. It was just a thought I had.
He won’t even hint at how far along he is or how far he has to go.
When will enough be enough for him, so we can enjoy what I know will be a fantastic publication?
If Eric the Actor was on the line squabbling about something, sometimes Howard would say, "Ok, we're going to bring on Ralph with something to say." Whenever he did, Eric would get very agitated and plead, "No, Not him! Please don't!", which Howard would ignore, as he put Ralph on anyway.
I think Hanzi responded to Ralph the same way. "No, not him! Don't put Ralph on!"
Am I remembering this correctly? Did anyone else get very agitated if Howard brought Ralph into the conversation?
I live close to the new Wilshire/La Cienega station and I want to explore somewhere new. It's free all weekend and the other day I took the metro to Santa Monica Pier, but now I'm out of ideas.
I prefer things that are offbeat, funny, even weird, and not mainstream. I dig culture, food, and nature, but nothing too expensive.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Linus hurts his head somehow and Lucy tells him to blow on it. He responds with something like, "It's my head! I can't blow on my own head!"
Thank you!
