How to avoid corparate jobs?

From what I've heard so far, it sounds soul sucking and I don't know how I'm supposed to do well in an interview where I simply don't care about the company's values or goal or whatever. For context, I'm going to start a maths degree at Warwick University this September. I suppose it's early days but still something worth thinking about.

Oxbridge maths offer holders

Is anyone willing to share when they knew they were applying to oxbridge maths/ started doing extra maths outside of school? And what kind of extra maths they were doing. As a Cambridge reject this year who couldn't even get through the interview-not because of a bad day or anything but just genuinely was too stupid to be answering whatever they gave me, it really sucks and I want to know what I can be doing differently in the future.

I know 2 oxbridge maths offer holders in my year but not close enough to ask them anything. But from what I gathered, one of them has done a bunch of extra maths to the point where they are just talking about topology and I don't understand how one just gets to that point on thier own with no curriculum structure.

I only knew I was going to applying for maths during August of year 12 (after self teaching FM for like 2 months) and did the step foundation/some of step 2 modules as welll as the hodder tmua/step/mat book. I did try to research areas of advanced maths but I feel like the lack of structure and how much prerequisite knowledge is required just lead me to doing basic stuff (like finding cubic formula). I don't know if all this made the rejection inevitable but I will probably be reapplying for cambridge part III after Warwick maths BSc and I want to know how behind I am ig.

How do I improve my CV for finance work experience

I am a student thats just finished A levels. I applied for a bunch of work experience opportunities with no sucess. I think the issue is not having enough finance related interests however I'm not sure what I can do for that. I am going to do work experience for the finace office at a local school. will this be enough?

How to start tutoring and what to charge

Hi, I have just finished a levels and am looking to tutor gcse students in maths and sciences (preferably chemistry/physics). I have achieved top gcse grades (8 nines, 2 eights) and am predicted 4 a stars in the subjects I want to teach (physics, chemistry, maths FM). My issue is the ethical side as I haven't taught before so should i volunteer for a while first? To see if I'm actually any good as a tutor and to build up credibility.
