Reloaded not revealing who Walter is made the mystery more intense

Hi everyone, I recently made a few post asking about CoS reloaded and running death house.

So english is not my main language and I didn't do everything quite correctly during our session running through the 4 floors, we are going into the cellar next session.

So I noticed after session that I had described the nursery and combined several rooms accidentially as a guest room and the players found Walters name carved into a Wardrobe. I don't know how this happend.

However, players now have 3 suspect for the name of the monster, Gustav, Elisabeth and Walter, but they do not know who Walter is.

In hindsight I kinda feel like this was a much better move to keep the supsension longer. It might come back to bite us later, but if they are stuck I could allways drop it on them or give them an obvious clue.

What do you guys think? Was it a good thing or did I fk up? Or maybe I'm just overthinking

Stradh reloaded qustion maps

Hi, I was planning to run Reloaded and I've read up on everything except the actually chapters, but Ive read the chapter summaries and quickly looked through them.

What I don't understand is, is the intention here that you sit with the CoS handbook with Reloaded on your PC?

Like Reloaded is supposed to be the fully fletched out new campaing? So why havent I seen any maps or dungeons yet?

How is the Player Handbook coming along

I tried playing Sw5e with my friends 2+ years ago, but the PHB was a mess. It was full of holes, inconsitencies and generally unusuable with too much mish mash.

- Powers were just 5e spell copied like Force - Fireball and Force Healing Words.

- The force classes were terribly unballanced.

- Ship combat requires you to learn a whole system which was just weird.

- There is generally to much choices, like base fighter from core book had like 100 fighting styles or whatever.

Would annyone care to share if the book has gotten any updates through out the years, thanks?

Man Caba is super unfun to lane against

Whats people opinion about Caba this patch?

I feel he is still like a Raid boss from first level with insane high single target damage that makes you wanna cry in a corner. He melts your HP and even the strongest solo laners get disapointed when they realize his HP bar havent moved.

He is in theory vunerable to ganks, but if he is allways ahead and in controll of the lane, not so much.

Feel free to discuss.

The way Xin aspect ult damage works is just crazy

I just had the honor to play against this aspect in solo and when we were both level 5 I didnt really notice anything other than it hits really hard for like 400 dmg, but then we got both level 7 with an item online he used it and I wasn't paying attention and the thing just did 900 dmg in 3 second, wild.

Then the rest of the game uptill level 13 when the match ended I really didn't care as I just had learned to not take the full duration.

But man what a wild damage numbers. Btw at lvl 7 I had 1300 health with Shifters shield.

Base Xing is so underwhelming

Xing is my man, my goat, but I distinctivly remeber he has for most of Smites 1 history been bellow average, maybe B or C rank at any skill level, in Solo and propably worse in Support.

He is currently no better in Smite 2. He doesn't win lane, he cant outpressure, fight or outfarm anyone in this meta, even in skilled hands.

So I come here to beg for hirez to plz buff base Xing and I dont mean the numbers necessarily. Also why are we suddently so conservative with making new releases op, when every assassin introduces to Smite 2 sets a new world record in mobas for highest winrate?

Im struggling with starting this Module help plz

I havent played SKT and I havent read the details and I have some issues before running the campaign.

1.The plot doesnt seem to work for a DnD campaing. The villain seems passive and doesnt even do anything in her own story. Are all the Giant factions held back exactly to the point their plans are halted by the people of the north untill the players load in and things magically starts moving? Each giant and the plot of this particullary area seem to be enough for its own DnD campaing, so why are we pushing for 7 dnd campaings in one Module?

  1. Why do the Giants no just attack the Storm Giants and take the throne instead of attacking the humans? The Storm giants are just better than everyone else, so why do they not just rebel and change their ranking to whomever supported them? It would lead to the exact scenario if we think about if Hill giants would even be able to suceed in their goal VS the Mighty Frost giants against the people of the north? If they had all attacked the Storm Giants it would have been over in a week and they didnt have to do all their schenanigans.

  2. Why in the world is this plot so convoluted with a Kraken and a Dragon involved? Does they really need to even be in the story for the plot premise to work? Giants attack humans, to impress their god and the people have to stop the Giants and or make peace....

  3. Iymirth hope the giant will weaken themeselves by attacking the humans, so what was the plan if the Giants suceed(which they obviously do if not they wouldnt be the villains of the story and the players could just relax and wait till the North wins by themselves) Does she Palpatinr both sides to help the Seperatist I mean the Humans win, but at the same time not win to hard...like

Why is hirez allergic to different build strategies other than just raw numbers?

I've played this game since forever and they sorta stopped doing this after Smite 1 S5.

Into Smite 2 we had the "Healing/Lifesteal" changes that were supposed to give people new synergistic builds that would have an item or two that rewarded you for your build. But this unfort brew down to 1 items being so utterly broken that it ruined the whole premise and now we are just ignoring this entire concept.

Instead Smite 2 has been a bunch of super Crit metas or 5 Auto attack procs meta, Item proc (mainly Bluestone, Soulreaver and heartseeker) allways beeing incredible busted and add insane raw damage against everyone, lastly just raw damage numbers.

Even with the incredible new system that adds actives and allow for super creative items, most of the unique Smite 2 items had allways been brushed in the corner for raw stats.

Im just so baffled why we can't make Smite 2 go in its own direction and let the creative items be the "Main items" in the game instead of the same Raw stat items we have had since forever.

Or why can't we actually try again to make Healing and lifesteal interesting. We could also in a similar vein make HP items for carries interesting and or combine Lifesteal items with a small amount of HP and add a few rewarding items that say give you some attackspeed or cooldown for having lifesteal or something. We could have Hybrid Attackspeed items that comes together, maybe an active item that rewards you in some interesting way for having high attackspeed.

Solo rant about mages and everyone abour TTK and then hirez release this patch

How does the community feel about hirez slapping you all in the face harder than that will Smith Meme?

You guys have been beggin mages to get out of solo lane, because they dominate by outpressuring tanks and there is a lack of frontlining in this game.

Everyone also complained about the frustrating TTK for so long now and then they added flat pen to the game, which is gonna push mages and assassins even further. Especially those fun burst characters like Kali who can kill you in 0,5 seconds.
