So I've got a Bambu P1P that has worked fine for some time. I recently had to reinstall Windows 11 and now it can no longer find my printer. I can ping it just fine, it has a static IP address, but I cannot find anywhere to manually set the IP address. The "wifi" icon that I've found mentioned on google is not present.

So how do I get this working? Secondly, why in the heck is this so bloody difficult to configure an IP address?

I loved this particular POI. The puzzles were tricksy and fun. I got through all of it, defeated the roller, and the final door simply will not open. I've tried some stuff from YouTube but am still not able to get the door open. Is there another switch hidden somewhere that just controls that door?

I have an older PC sitting around that could be used for HA itself, but am unsure of what else I would need.

What I currently use:

• Alexa with echo dots in several rooms
• Phillips Hue bulbs (hate the damn things)
• Goevee wifi bulbs (better than the Hue at least)
• One Meross wifi outlet
• Lennox thermostat (tied to our heat pump - we can't change it)

We do use voice control for all lights, plus we also set alarms, timers, reminders, and annoucements with Alexa.

What I would like to do:

• Some automations to auto turn on lights when someone is present
• Stair safety lights w/ some sort of automatic on/off when a person is there
• Home alarm system. Currently don't have one but am looking into wired sensors (magnetic reed switch for doors/windows, etc.)

Any advice is appreciated :)

I'm a long time linux user (since Slackware 0.9) but have never used docker. I've spent the last week trying to get automated ripping machine to work to no avail. I'm guessing this thing is just broken as there seems to be a number of bug reports that were never addressed.

Is there any software out there that does something similar but actually works? Right now I'm using shell scripts on a per disc basis. I even had it running through udev at one point, but got tired of having to disable it when I didn't want it to rip.

I'll admit it. I'm pretty terrible at WoW. I've played off and on over the years, but my last was a level 120 mage (who is now low level somehow). Anyway, what I enjoy so far is leveling, crafting, pet battles, and maybe dungeons. I'm definitely not a raider. I'm also pushing 60 so not quite as quick to pick things up as I used to be :)

I mostly play Horde side, although I do have two Alliance characters.

So, any guilds willing to take someone like me?

Have used Surfshark for a couple of years on Window$. Recently swapped to Ubuntu, installed SS, and discovered that the option for allowing access to individual devices or ip block doesn't exist under linux. Is there a way to work around this? I need to access local SMB shares, web servers, and printers/scanners.

I love the case so far but there has been one issue. The power switch (on top of the case) has a ribbon cable running from it to connect to the motherboard. There are reset switch, hdd led 1, hdd led 2, and power led. That covers all 8 wires in the ribbon cable. The problem is I'd like to have a way to connect the damn power switch on top. Right now I've had to connect the reset switch from the ribbon cable to the power switch connector on the motherboard. This works but it means I no longer have access to a reset switch.

The case is a Enthoo Pro series PH-ES614PC_BK

Anyone have any idea how this is supposed to work??

Old machine just died so I picked one of these up cheap. Went to try to put it in a case with a water cooler and it won't fit. I've tried 3 different cases and two different water coolers and the heat sinks are just too big.

Are there any that will actually work with this thing??
